A card on file is required to book any appointment. It simply holds your spot.
Changing your appointment
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule, or 48 hours’ notice for The Platinum Glo, Microneedling + RF and NeedleGlo. Just text or call me at (704) 218-9101 or email britt@brittdaesthetics.com.
Running late?
A courtesy call or text is always appreciated. If you’re less than 15 minutes late, your treatment will be shortened so the next client isn’t kept waiting. More than 15 minutes late, and we’ll reschedule, and it’s treated as a late cancellation. The first time, I’ll waive the fee as a one-time courtesy.
Late cancellations & no-shows
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice (48 hours for The Platinum Glo, Microneedling + RF and NeedleGlo), and missed appointments, are charged 50% of the service price to the card on file.
This includes Aesthetic Society members; the fee goes to your card, not your treatment credit. I may waive it at my discretion.
Appointments booked inside the notice window can’t be cancelled without the fee. After two no-shows, future appointments require full prepayment.
If I need to reschedule
It happens rarely, but if I ever need to move your appointment, you’ll get priority rebooking and a full refund of anything you’ve paid.
The Skin Story
Your Skin Story consultation is complimentary. A card holds your spot, and a missed consultation is a $20 flat fee. The 50% policy doesn’t apply.
