Membership Details
Simple, honest and month to month
Month to month, always
No contracts and no minimums. Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel. I’d never want to hold you to a membership that isn’t right for you.
When you’re billed
Your membership bills monthly on the date you join, and your treatment credit is added as soon as your payment goes through.
Your credit
Your credit never expires while you’re a member. You can bank up to 3 months of credit. If you reach that, I’ll pause your billing until you use some.
Your monthly perks
Your Finishing Touches and your complimentary RF Firm + Lift renew each month. Enjoy them that month; they don’t carry over.
Cancelling
Just text or email me with 30 days’ notice. No hoops and no hard sell.
After you cancel
You have 60 days from your last payment to use any credit you have left.
Freezing your membership
Life happens. You can freeze for up to 2 months a year for travel, pregnancy or medical reasons. You won’t be billed, and your credit stays put.
If a payment doesn’t go through
You’ll have 7 days to update your card before your membership pauses. Credit is added once payment goes through, and two missed months will cancel your membership.
Using your credit
Your credit is just for you and goes toward treatments, not retail. It isn’t redeemable for cash.
Price changes
If prices ever change, you’ll hear from me in writing at least 30 days ahead.
The right fit
Membership doesn’t guarantee every treatment is right for your skin. We’ll confirm your plan together at your Skin Story.
